Be happy and dance

Hi crafty friends! here I am  with a new sparkling card featuring the "Sparkle & Dance" stamp set.

The stars are these adorable dancers!!

To make my card as a first thing I die cut the background using the "Fancy Cover" die   one time in white and then  I die cut many colorful little squares I insert in the white cardstock ...how much patience!!!

As I finished , I  glued it over a glitterd cardstock and then over a white cardstock base.

Set aside the base I stamped and colored  the cat and the dog dancer ; then  I die cut them using the "Sparke & dance" die set and I glued the little dancers  on the base .  As a last thing I added the little colourful embossed sentiments.

Hope you like my card and you could find here some inspiration!

I remember you Alex Syberia Designs is celebrating the boxing day and you have time until the end of the day to save 40% on your orders.

Time to celebrate and hot foiling using cover dies.

Hi crafty friends!

Today I  share with you a new card  perfect for the holiday season.

This time I used  the Birthday Wonderland stamps set because it's perfect  not  only for birthday wishes but  also for the Christmas season.

I worked on the background blending  Distress inks and Distress oxide  inks in many shades of blue and blue-green; I foiled the blue background using the Modern Stripe cover die but  as a foil plate like Lien by Studio Kato showed us in one of the her previously post.  If you haven' t read it yet please do it now!! You will be able to use your dies for foiling !! and let me say it works great!!

Once I foiled the blue background with a brush I added some glue splatters and as they were slightly dry I added the foil flakes over them. In the photo, unfortunately, it's not very visible but I assure you it is so sparkly and seems a starry sky.

Then I glued the background on a cardstock base and over added the lovely images I previously embossed in gold ,colored with Copic markers and die cut with the "Birthday Wonderland" die set.

For the sentiment I used the
Celebrate die;  I die cut the celebrate word in metallic gold cardstock  and layered up the shadow die four times with white cardstock and one  times with a pink one. I finished up with some embellishments and that’s it!

Thank you for stopping by to read my post!

have a lovely week!

The stars are the limit - Alex Syberia Designs

Hi crafty friends! I'm here to  share with you a new clean and simple card featuring Alex Syberia Designs stamps. It's  totally focused  on the coloring of this adorable penguin from the "Smile and Wave" stamp set. Isn't it  too cute?

As a first thing I stamped the lovely penguin and the star on X-Press blending card paper and I started to color the background  as a scene of a blue/violet sky and a snowy and icy ground.

Once I colored the background scene I started to color the penguin and emboss in gold the star I previously inked with the Versamark pen.

Once all the coloring was finished  I adhered it over an A2 white card base and as a last thing I added the sentiment strip and some dots of gold ink in the sky.

I share  the Copic colors I used in case you needed it:

Sky : B69/B66/B63/B60

Snowy and iced ground: B63/B60/BV000/BV0000/B000/B0000/0

Penguin: 110/100/T10/W1/W00/Y11/Y0000/YR24/Y19/Y15/Y11

Hope you like my card! thanks so much for stopping by,

Joy to the world

Hi everyone crafty friends!
another Christmas card here and this time non coloring!!!
I placed some orders lately and when all the amazing products arrive I can't wait to play with them, and I  trust me, I really enjoyed the making!!
What do you think about?

As I said before no coloring this time... I played combining product of some if my favorite brands.
I made the background I used the "Swirl  Background" stencil.. I made the large swirls with the Distress ink and the Oxide ink "Lumberjack plaid" and the thin ones using Versamark ink and the "WoW embossing powder gold pearl".
The big "Joy" sentiment  and the leaves are from the " Joy to the World" die set by A Pocket full of Happiness.
Over the word "Joy" I added a little sentiment string made using the "Mini Christmas setiment strips glimmer hot foil and die from the "Tis The Season"collection.
At the end I added the enamel dots.

That's that for today!
I hope you like my inspiration!

Thanks for stopping by!

We are friends

Hi crafty friend!
Another card here today to share with you!
As I said you in the last post, finally I started to make some Christmas cards  so here another one:

To make this one I used again the  "Tree-mendous" clear stamps set coloring the elements I needed with Copic marker.
To make the background I blended tre shades of blue Distress inks adding some sprays of water and some splashes of white paint to create the snow.
Over the blue snowy sky I stamped and embossed in white the sentiment from the stamp set and
then ,with  a stitched edges die, I made the snowy mountains and I glued over them all the images I previously colored and put aside.

Some other pics:

Isn't it a very lovely gang?
I really love these critters:-)

Hope you like them as much as I do!
Thanks for stopping by!
