Alex Syberia Designs August Release: Happy Cuties and Peony Corners | Giveaway

Hello crafty friends!!!

Today, we are celebrating the launch of  Alex Syberia  Happy Cuties and Peony Corners new release !

Now let me share the card I made for the occasion using the amazing new products:

I started by stencilling the Postage Stamps Stencil over a Neenah solar white paper, using  Distress oxide inks.

I die cut the stencilled  paper  into a rectangle using the largest die  from the Whimsical Scalloped Frames die set and my Spellbinders Platinum Six Die cutting and Embossing machine.

I  outlined it with a pink  rectangle and then glued it over a larger white  card base. 

I comtinued by stamping  some cuties from the Sweet Treats stamp set on a Perfect Coloring Paper and I colored everything with Copic markers and a white gel pen trying to give them a sort of gelly effect.

I die cut them using the coordinate Sweet Treats die set and I glued them over my background using adhesive foam pads to add dimension.

Next up I stamped the sentiment  and I die cut it with the coordinate die and I. outlined it whit  others 4 colored die cut. Then I placed it on the card's center  and as a last thing I added some colored enamel dots all around.

That's it!!

Thinking About Christmas

Hi crafty friends!

I'm here today to share with you another Christmas card featuring Alex Syberia Designs  products!

I think you have understood I'm waiting for that time of the year and that why I am so inspired !

To make my card I started by stencil the Chic Bows Stencil set  on a piece of Neenah Paper using the Sand Dune Versafine Claire ink and the Pink Sand Fresh Dye ink by Altenew. Then I die cut it into a dotted rectangle using a frame from the Nested Scalloped Frames die set .

I outlined it with a cream scalloped frame and I glued al on my base card.

Than I die cut the big sentiment using the Holly Jolly die;

I die cut many layers  of it in light pink cardstock and another layer in a darker one;  I glued  the lighter ones  all together to add dimension and then the darker one slightly staggered to create and ombre effect.

I added the sentiment on the card's center and under it I glued some foliage I die cut using the  and Winter Foliage die setand the Jingle Bell Joy die set;

On the pink big sentiment I added a gold Merry Christmas die cut I made using a die from the Bow Ho Ho Frame die setand as a last thing I added some gold beads all over the card.

Jingle Bell Joy

Hi crafty friends!

I'm here today to share my latest card  with you!

Since here we are suffering a weather with very hight temperature I'm already dreaming about Christmas so I show you my "Christmas in July" card made using Alex Syberia Designs  products!

To make the card I started by die cutting the rectangle  top panel from a dotted patterned paper, using a die from the Nested Scalloped Frames die set

I stamped over  it the sentiments and the little trees using the Christmas Sentiments stamp set and then I die cut all the elements from the Jingle Bell Joy die set. I used red cardstocks for the bells and green ones for the leaves! I assembled and glued everything under the stamped sentiment  and I added the cream Pretty Bow die on the bells.

Next up I added on the bottom of my panel the banner sentiment relized using the Christmas Sentiments stamp set and  Christmas Sentiments die set ; I glued it using foam pads to add dimension.

At that point I die cut a the Postage Stamp cover die in a dark green and I glued it over a craft base card, I added the decorated top paned using and heavy cardstock between the layers to add a little bit of dimension and as a last thing I added two little metallic red stars to give a touch of color  between the stamped sentiments.

That's it!!

Ghost Sentiment On Summer Flower

Hi crafty friends!

I'm  here,  today, sharing  a new card with you, featuring the Summer Flower Press Plate  and the "ghost" sentiment technique.

To make my card I started by placing  the Summer Flower Press plate  on  Betterpress Letterpress system machine and  lightly inking it with a black archivial ink. Then I run the Betterpress "sandwich" on my Platinum 6 die cut machine to transfer the image on the watercolour paper.

Next I watercolored the summer flowers using the Schmincke  Horadam watercolours  in many shades of green and I traced the  floral's outline using a  black pen.

Once the coloring dried I die cut the Floral image  into a rectangle using the Nested Scalloped Frames die set and then I  stamped the black sentiments, from the Abstract Background Stamp set,   on the Summer Flower petals.  I got the idea from my friend Sylvie @Kaliscard.

Next up I continued making the Ghost or Eclipse Sentiment!

I die cut the "friend" sentimet, from the Delicate Frame & Friend die set,  directly above the colored flower creating a hidden on it and I glued it on white base card.  Then I die cut 4 other "friends" from a black cardstock and I glued them on the hidden spaces putting at the top the colored one I die cut from the colored flower.

In this way the die cut ghost  sentiment pops out .

I added some white gel pen touch and that's it!

Charming Flowers For Your Birthday

Hi crafty friends!

I'm here, today, sharing with you a new card made using one of my favorite Betterxpress and coordinate stencil by Alex Syberia Designs.

I'm talking about the Charming floral Background Press plate and the coordinate Charming Floral Background Stencil set.

I love the colors Como I used for my last card so I chose to use a similar one for this card.

To make my card I started by impressing the Charming Flora Background Press Plate  on a Neenah Classic Crest Solar White cardstock ,  I run Betterpress Letterpress system machine on my Platinum 6 die cut machine  to transfer the floral outlines  only  on the cardstock without inking them. I used those impressed lines as a trace for coloring the flowers and leaves with  the Charming Floral Background Stencil set.and some Fresh Dye inks from Altenew.

Once the stencil coloring was finished I added the black stamens and  some white gel touch  on the flowers and leaves,

The I die cut the floral image using a dotted rectangle die from the Nested Scalloped Frames die set and I glued it over a white base card.

 

At this Point I added the big sentiment I made using the Large Hello die set, die cutting the outlined base in vellum and the top one in five white layers. I assembled the sentiment and I glued it on the card.

 

ThenI added the little string sentiment I made using   the Celebration Sentiments Stamp set,

Thank You For Everything

Hi crafty friends!

I'm here, today, sharing with you a new card made using  the beautiful Spring Meadow die, the Cheerful Meadow die set  and  the  Spring Meadow Stencil set. from the "old"  Alex Syberia Designs release .

I really love to use  stencils to color die cuts! I found it so relaxing!!

To make it I started by ink blending  my background panel using the Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide ink,  I added white acrylic splatters all over  and I let them dry, Then I die cut it into a rectangle using the Nested Scalloped Frames Die set and I glued it over a larger white base card.

Next up I die cut the floral  top panel with the Spring Meadow die, and I l colored it by using the Spring Meadow Stencil set, and Distress  Oxide inks .

I continued by die cutting the elements from the Cheerful Meadow die set ,  I colored   them too using distress oxide ink,  I assembled them  and I added everything   on the  Spring Meadow die cut.

I continued by die cutting  the Spring Meadow panel  in four white layers I glued all togetherr below the colored one  to add dimension  and next up I glued it the coral ink blended background.

As s a last thing I added the little I added the string sentiment I made using the Grateful For You Stamp set and and the coordinate Grateful for You Die set.

Just For You Friend

Hi crafty friends!

I'm here,  today, sharing  a new card with you, featuring the Floral Trio Press+Hot Foil Plate & Stencil Bundle.

I started by stencilling the Classic Stripes Stencil  on a white Neenah paper to make my background and then I die cut it into a rectangle using the largest dotted frame from the Nested Scalloped Fames die set and I glued it over a white base card.

Next up I used the Floral Trio Press+Hot Foil Plate to impress the flowers outline on Neenah paper without inking it, then I colored them using the coordinate stencil, Floral Trio stencil set,  and a lemon yellow ink.

I fussy cut it and I added it over the striped background using foam pads to add dimension  and all around  I added some leaves  I die cut using the Floral Trio Die set.

Thank I added the sentiments... the "Just for You" stamped with Versafine ink from the Abstract Background Stamp setdie cut in 4 layers using the coordinate Abstract Background Die set.

The "Friend" string one is from my stash .

As a last thing I added some Yellow enamel dots and that's it!

Floral Trio In Red

Hi crafty friends!

Is Nicoletta  here,  today, sharing  a new card with you, featuring the Floral Trio die set.

As I already said you I'm trying new color combos playing with hight contrast,,, This time I chose a bright red against the deep blue  enriched by mustard and gold details and softened with  light pink.

I really don't know if I like this combo that much but I quite happy how the card turned out.

To make my card I started by die cutting all the flowers and leaves using the Floral Trio die set.I used red, pink white and mustard colored cardsotcks . Then I  assembled the flowers and the I glued them over a deep blue background I die cutting using the largest rectangle from the Good Day Quilted Rectangles die set.

I conttinued by adding some acrylic white splatters all over  and then I glued everthithing over a pink base card.

Next up I added the die cut Butterly I made using the Cheerful Meadow Die set, and the string sentiments using the Expressing Gratitude  Sentiments Stamp set and his coordinate Expressing Gratitude Sentiments Die set.

As a last touch I added some matt gold beads and that's it!

A Lovable Way To Say Thanks

Hi crafty friends!

I'm here  to share with you a new card featuring the Lush Peony Bouquet Press + Hot foil plate and Stencil set Bundle.

I'm in love with this set and I can't stop myself playing them.

To make my card I started by hot foiling the Lush Peony Bouquet from the  Lush Peony Bouquet Press + hot Foil Plate  on a Neenah  Paper using  a Spellbinder rich gold hot foil-

Next up I colored the images using the coordinate Lush Peony Bouquet Stencil set and Fresh Dye inks from Altrenew and I  then fussy  cut  and put them aside.

I continued by making my background :

I hot foiled the Elegant Stripes hot foil cover plate on vellum paper in rich gold again and I die cut it into a rectangle using a dotted die from the Nested Scalloped Fames die set and I glued it over a white base card.

Then I die cute a Lilac frame using the the same Nested Scalloped Fames die set. and I glued it over the vellum using foam adhesive stripes to add dimension.

Next up I added the peony bouquet I previusly prepared , I glued the at the top of the card ; I cut out the exceded parts and I glued t some of them under my flower bouquet.

As a sentiment I chose to use the Essential Sentiments Press Plate and Die set ; I stamped the "thank You" one in purple , I die cut it and added it under the floral bouquet.

As a last thing I added some purple bead and that's it.
